A HERBALIST has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that she has not registered her business with any association for traditional healers or the Lusaka City Council because her gift of healing comes from God. Elizabeth Phiri, 53, also told court that she does not pay any LCC levies or taxes to the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) as she leaves tithe in the bush when she goes to get her medicine.
