THE Economic and Financial Crimes Court, High Court Division, says it’s not happy with the State’s behaviour in the matter in which former mines minister Richard Musukwa and six others are challenging the seizure of their properties by DEC officers. This was after State Advocate Chomba Bwalya asked for an adjournment in order for the State to put their house in order following the transfer of the counsel in conduct of the case. Musukwa and six others are seeking a declaration that the search and seizure of their properties by DEC officers was illegal.
