ARCHBISHOP Emmanuel Milingo’s wife, Maria Sung, has informed the Lusaka High Court that her husband is the legal owner of the Chilanga property currently rented by Luchards Investments Limited. Sung asserts that Zambia Helpers Society is not the rightful owner of the premises in question and lacks the authority to lease it to Luchards Investments Limited. Luchards Investments Limited has initiated legal action against Archbishop Milingo, his South Korean wife Sung, and another party in the Lusaka High Court, seeking an interim injunction to prevent eviction from a property in Chilanga district.
