THERE was drama at the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court yesterday when some DEC officers attempted to rearrest former PF Secretary General Davies Mwila after the state entered a nolle prosequi in his corruption case, but Mwila protested strongly, demanding a call out. Mwila also said he is not a thief and did not steal. The state entered a nolle prosequi in favour of Mwila and lawyer Ann Mwitwa in a case where they were charged with possession of property reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime.
