A 34-YEAR-OLD Chinese businessman has been dragged to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for disorderly conduct at a police station. Su Haojie is facing two counts of disorderly conduct at a police station and use of insulting language. It is alleged in count one that Su, on January 4, 2025, while at Matero Police Station, did conduct himself in a disorderly manner. When the matter came up for allocation before Principal Resident Magistrate Sylvia Munyinya, it was allocated to Magistrate Mbuywana Sinvula.
