A LECTURER has told the Lusaka High Court that he was shocked after his 14-year-old maid died because she was not very sick the previous day. Smart Mumba, 40, has also told the court that his wife, Majory Chanda, had never beaten up the deceased. This is in a matter where the couple is accused of murdering their 14-year-old maid. Chanda, a physician, and her husband are facing one count of murder.
