ISOKA PF MP Marjory Nakaponda has asked the Lusaka High Court to enter judgement in default of Bowman Lusambo’s appearance and defence in the matter where she has sued him, demanding an order for the recovery of K375,000, which she paid towards the purchase of a house in Silverest. In this matter, Nakaponda also wants damages for breach of contract, interests on the claimed money and costs of and incidental to the proceedings. In a statement of claim filed in the Lusaka High Court Principal Registry by Messrs.
