SPORTS Minister Elvis Nkandu has urged sports associations to take a proactive role in managing sports, as the government depends on them to achieve medal targets. In an interview with Goal Digger, Thursday, Nkandu challenged federations to be more proactive and ensure they went flat out in identifying new talent countrywide.
