THREE Nkana Football Club players, striker Idris Mbombo, team captain Harrison Chisala, and defender Clement Mwape, have been arrested in connection with alleged malicious damage to government property at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola. The trio are accused of forcibly breaking the locking system of the referee’s dressing room following a controversial Kitwe derby against Power Dynamos last Sunday. The match, held at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium, ended in chaos after a late penalty awarded to Power Dynamos ignited fury among Nkana fans and some players.
