A LUSAKA woman has appealed to the Matero Local Court to free her from her husband of nine years, citing his stinginess and violent behaviour. She told the court that due to her husband’s stinginess, whenever rent was due, she was forced to sell property from their home despite him being in employment. This is in a matter in which Royd Mwansa sued Tracy Mwanza for divorce, on grounds that she had deserted their matrimonial home for about five months.
