President Edgar Lungu has retired North-Western Province police commissioner Auxensio Daka in national interest.
In to a letter dated January 30, 2018, the Head of State retired Daka with immediate effect.
“I wish to thank you for the services you have rendered to the government and the people of the Republic of Zambia. I wish you well in your future endeavors,” read the letter which was copied to Vice-President Inonge Wina, Secretary to the Cabinet Dr Rowlan Msiska and Home Affairs Minister Steven Kampyongo.
