ZAMBIA Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) director general Idah Chella says her institution carried out five investigations during the first quarter of 2021 against the Ministry of Health, Zambia Railways, the Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit, ZAFFICO and the National Pensions Authority (NAPSA). And Chella says a procurement audit conducted at the Zambia Forestry and Forest Industries corporation (ZAFFICO) revealed that substantive work is required in order for the institution to become compliant.
