FORMER Lusaka Archbishop Telesphore Mpundu says it is cowardice for the Patriotic Front to go into an election with their opponents’ hands and legs tied up. And Archbishop Mpundu says African Freedom Day is a cruel joke in Africa and Zambia, as many countries continue to suffer from unrest.
