PUBLIC Service Management Division Permanent Secretary Boniface Chimbwali has revealed that Resident Doctors Association of Zambia president Dr Brian Sampa will be dismissed from the civil service. And Chimbwali says the K15.9 million allocated to Ministry of Health from the K200 million which was released by the treasury, will be disbursed to the health workers on a first in, first out basis.
