PF’s Raphael Nakacinda has been released on police bond following his arrest for defamation of the President. And Nakacinda has accused President Hakainde Hichilema of having an agenda of turning the country into a one-party state. In a statement, Thursday, police deputy public relations officer Danny Mwale stated that Nakacinda would appear in court on Tuesday, December 21. “Police have officially charged and arrested Raphael Mangani Nakacinda for Defamation of the President. He has been released on Police Bond and will appear in court on Tuesday December 21, 2021,” stated Mwale. And speaking to journalists after his release, Nakacinda said he was honoured to have spent a night in police cells in defence of the judiciary and the country’s democracy....
