PRESIDENTIAL Spokesperson Anthony Bwalya says the Civil Society Organisations that have issued a joint statement demanding that President Hakainde Hichilema acts on the leaked audio are antagonising the government for nothing. Last week, a leaked phone conversation went viral in which two people alleged to be political advisor Levy Ngoma and Home Affairs Permanent Secretary Josephs Akafumba were plotting political shenanigans, a development which has attracted widespread condemnation.
