THE Anti-Corruption Commission has refuted PF information and publicity secretary Raphael Nakacinda’s claims that it dispatched some officers to Kigali, Rwanda, to look for former president Edgar Lungu’s property. Featuring on a special programme on Hot Fm, Monday, Nakacinda alleged that the ACC had dispatched a number of officers to Kigali to investigate some properties believed to belong to Lungu. He said President Hakainde Hichilema was desperate to link Lungu to any criminality. “The president wants to dismantle the PF at whatever cost.
