THE Anti-Corruption Commission has refuted PF information and publicity secretary Raphael Nakacinda’s claims that it dispatched some officers to Kigali, Rwanda, to look for former president Edgar Lungu’s property. Featuring on a special programme on Hot Fm, Monday, Nakacinda alleged that the ACC had dispatched a number of officers to Kigali to investigate some properties believed to belong to Lungu.
