PF Information and Publicity secretary Raphael Nakacinda claims Vedanta bought vehicles for UPND during election campaigns last year. But UPND spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa has refuted the claims, saying the ruling party, urging people not to take anything Nakacinda says seriously.
