POLICE have formally charged and arrested five female suspects, among them a Judiciary employee and University Teaching Hospital staff, for the offence of Child Stealing. In a statement, Tuesday, Police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga identified the suspects as Precious Nkunika, an employee of the Judiciary; Nelly Kasalo and Emily Hall, both Nutrition demonstrators at UTH; as well as Rabecca Mkandawire, a maid at the hospital.
