JUDICIAL Service Commission chairperson Mwikisa Mukande State Counsel says the transfer of 10 magistrates out of Lusaka was not influenced by any political events or cases whatsoever, arguing that JSC is blind to politics and the country can actually collapse if it acted on political developments. And Mukande says having two High Court judges being accused of corruption is saddening because they are expected to be above board, but adds that judges who fall short of the huge responsibility bestowed on them are in the minority.
