GOVERNANCE Activist Brebner Changala says the UPND government is slowly creeping into “PF DNA” of not being tolerant to criticism. Commenting on the jailing of Evelyn Hone College driver Andsen Zulu who said President Hakainde Hichilema was a member of the anti-Christ, Changala observed that UPND cadres were openly threatening anyone who spoke against the President.
