KABWATA UPND member of parliament Andrew Tayengwa says sometimes he wonders why people say he is an absentee MP, arguing that people want him to be “dancing to their tune”, but that will not happen. And Tayengwa says he is one of the few MPs who had initiated projects even before the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) was disbursed. In an interview, Tayengwa said his mandate was to only serve the people of Kabwata because they elected him into office. “I am responding to many challenges in my constituency and I have a very great team with my five councilors.
