SOCIALIST Party deputy general secretary Dr Fred M’membe says the UPND government has allowed Anglo-American to return to Zambia despite all the destruction it caused, describing the administration as a puppet regime. And Dr M’membe says everyone who commits a crime must be prosecuted, but it should be a fair prosecution.
