THE Drug Enforcement Commission has taken possession of 15 flats in State Lodge area belonging to a person by the name of Esther Nyawa Tembo, suspected to be proceeds of crime. Speaking to journalists at the site, Friday, DEC Public Relations Officer Mathias Kamanga disclosed that the flats had not been occupied for a long time and were built on a property which had no proper registration. He appealed to Tembo to provide the commission with any details which might prove ownership of the property. “The Drug Enforcement Commission has today taken possession of these flats.
