DRUG Enforcement Commission (DEC) Director General Mary Chirwa says the Commission is not investigating businessman James Ndambo for anything. And Chirwa says it is unfortunate that the 15 flats being investigated have led the commission to former first lady Esther Lungu. Meanwhile, Chirwa says DEC is willing to question Lungu at any place where she will be comfortable.
