DIRECTOR of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Lillian Siyunyi has sought leave of the Lusaka High Court to commence judicial review proceedings against the President’s refusal to grant her a waiver of the oath of office in respect of the complaints lodged against her. And Siyunyi’s lawyer Abraham Mwansa has confirmed that his client is hospitalised.
