FORMER Kabushi PF member of parliament Bowman Lusambo says the former ruling party wants to advocate for the removal of the “proceeds of crime” clause from the Constitution because it is being used to victimise citizens. And Lusambo says as a born-again Christian, he respects people’s things, arguing that he is not being persecuted because he has stolen, but due to his association with former president Edgar Lungu.
