FORMER defence minister George Mpombo says Chief Government Spokesperson Chushi Kasanda cannot cite people’s freedom of movement as a UPND achievement, as the said liberty is enshrined in the Bill of Rights. And Mpombo says the piecemeal constitutional amendments, such as the abolishment of the Criminal Defamation of the President, is like tinkering around the edges.
