WATER Resources Management Authority (WARMA) Director General Kenneth Nyundu has expressed concern about the low water levels for most rivers in the country. Speaking on Diamond TV’s “Diamond Live”, Monday, Nyundu said the decline in the country’s water resources was as a result of the disturbance in the hydrological cycle. “The water levels on average are quite very low, they are now picking up.
