MINISTER of Local Government and Rural Development Gary Nkombo says he would rather be voted out than allow illegalities. Speaking in Livingstone during the handover ceremony of the newly constructed Livingstone Intercity Bus Terminus, Wednesday, Nkombo said the government was resolved that order would one day prevail. “I want to use this opportunity to campaign heavily that every town in this country must emulate Livingstone. It may be painful and in my own case, and I also believe in the case of my President, we are resolved, extremely resolved in our state of mind that order shall one day prevail.
