FORMER PF secretary general Davies Mwila has challenged Local Government and Rural Development Minister Gary Nkombo to produce a list of PF members who obtained road contracts fraudulently. On Wednesday last week, Nkombo challenged those aggrieved about the cancellation of road contracts to proceed to court. Nkombo said 90 percent of PF members obtained road contracts fraudulently. However in an interview, Thursday, Mwila wondered why investigative wings had not taken up the matter. “Honourable Nkombo must be honest to himself.
