FORMER National Association of Small and Medium Scale Contractors president Mutale Mpepo says he suspects that an invisible hand is involved in his recent arrest for corrupt practices. On Tuesday, the Anti-Corruption Commission arrested Mpepo and former Secretary General of the association Danny Simumba for corrupt practices involving K79,000.
