PETAUKE Central member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda yesterday celebrated his birthday by donating resources meant for his birthday party to victims of Tropical Cyclone Freddy in Malawi. And High Commissioner of Malawi to Zambia Margaret Kamoto has revealed that the death toll in Malawi as a result of Cyclone Freddy has risen to 511, with over 500,000 people being displaced.
