THERE was drama at the Lusaka City Council on Monday when a Lusaka man disrupted his wife’s wedding to her long time Congolese boyfriend. According to a statement from the local authority, Josephat Mumba stormed into the marriage ceremony hall to object to his wife Mary Lungu’s intention to get married to Jean Claude Murwanashyaka.
