ZAMBIA Consumer Association (ZACA) Executive Secretary Juba Sakala says government should find means and ways of lowering the cost of production for manufacturers in order to lower the cost of goods and products on the market. Recently, the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) approved lower electricity tariffs for low income households that consume not more than 100 Units per month from K47 to K40, effective May 1, 2023.
