HEALTH Minister Sylvia Masebo says the UPND government will not work in isolation in the health sector because they believe in partnerships. Speaking during the launch of the Zambia National Public Health Institute (ZNPHI) strategic plan, Tuesday, Masebo said they had seen results of collaborations. “We believe as a government, going by the President’s vision that this government will not work in isolation, but we believe in the many respectful partnerships with our cooperating partners, our private sector, our citizens and government.
