HEALTH Minister Sylvia Masebo says pneumonia alone accounts for 800,000 deaths per year, globally, which could be prevented by the availability of oxygen treatment. And Masebo has called upon cooperating partners to assist in supporting the National Medical Oxygen Strategic plan to achieve better results.
