INFRASTRUCTURE and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says the roads and bridges that will be constructed under the new dawn government will be of high standard. Milupi was responding to a question in the National Assembly, Tuesday, from Chadiza PF member of parliament Jonathan Daka who wanted to know how the government would ensure that it provides resilient and sustainable infrastructure. Daka observed that in the past, resources were lost due to lack of capacity by contractors who were working on infrastructure like bridges.
