THERE was drama in the National Assembly on Tuesday when Second Deputy Speaker Moses Moyo had a tough time maintaining order after Mbambala UPND member of Parliament Joseph Musanje referred to his Mpika PF counterpart Francis Kapyanga as “Mr Cockroach”. And the House shot down a proposal to amend the National Prosecution Authority amendment Bill in order to eliminate the clause which provides for the appointment of a board chairperson for the authority. During business, Moyo struggled to maintain order because Patriotic Front MPs got incensed when Musanje made the cockroach remarks. They repeatedly stood up in protest.
