COPPERBELT Students Union (COBUSU) leader Castro Mulilo has described the institution’s decision to expel him for cancelling classes in June this year as unfair and harsh. Mulilo announced the cancellation of classes in June this year after the death of two students who were hit by a speeding vehicle a few meters from the campus’ east gate entrance.
