SWEDISH Ambassador to Zambia Johan Hallenborg says the UPND government has enhanced human rights and improved the civic space during their two years in office. And Ambassador Hallenborg says reforms involving the Public Gatherings Bill and the Access to Information Bill need to be concluded urgently in order to deepen the country’s democracy.
