FORMER general education minister David Mabumba says government can engage him on the issue of examination malpractices because he managed to address the vice during his tenure. On Monday, Education Minister Douglas Syakalima disclosed that the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) had nullified results for 1,094 G9 External and GCE candidates for examination malpractices.
