THE Zambia Consumers Association (ZACA) has urged ZICTA to put rules in place that will compel Mobile Service Providers to compensate consumers who incur losses and interruptions due to poor network services. And the association says it’s disappointed with government’s decision to introduce a levy on mobile money transactions as per the 2024 National Budget.
