LUNTE PF member of parliament Mutotwe Kafwaya has reported Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti to the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) for abuse of authority of office. The Lunte MP says the Speaker acted contrary to the provisions of the Constitution when she effected changes in the office of the leader of opposition. In a letter dated November 8, 2023, addressed to ACC Director General Tom Shamakamba, Kafwaya said the Laws of Zambia enjoin the Commission to probe matters of abuse of authority of office by a public officer.
