EASTERN Province Commanding Officer Limpo Liywali has disclosed that three people have been arrested in Kasenengwa District for alleged theft of 10 packs of fertiliser valued at K21,000. And Chief Mishoro says the three suspects, among them UPND Kasenengwa District Youth Chairperson only identified as Headman Chitona, were arrested after trying to transport fertiliser at night.
