THERE was heavy police presence in Kabwe on Saturday despite Tutwa Ngulube’s family cancelling his first memorial service. This, however, did not stop some senior PF faction leaders from gathering at his house, where former PF deputy Secretary General Mumbi Phiri said it seemed women would soon need a police permit to celebrate puberty. Meanwhile, Mporokoso PF member of parliament Brian Mundubile says Zambia is being led by a dictator. But Police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga says it was illegal for PF members to gather at Ngulube’s house and officers were deployed there to maintain law and order.
