COUNCIL of Churches in Zambia General Secretary Fr Emmanuel Chikoya has urged the UPND government to heed the advice being provided by different stakeholders as opposed to politicising every criticism. Fr Chikoya says it’s not a crime for people to complain about unmet promises because everyone expected that things would change for the better after the change of government.
