CABINET has approved the construction of the Zimbabwe-Zambia finished product pipeline and the Mozambique-Zambia multi-product petroleum products pipeline by the private sector. Cabinet has also approved the appointment of a five-member Mining Appeals Tribunal in line with the Mines and Minerals Development Act, No. 11 of 2015. Further, Cabinet has approved the issuance of the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicle) (Amendment) Regulations, to ensure effective regulation of online ride-hailing services.
