LUNDAZI Town Council Secretary Dr Mfula Mwansa has revealed that out of the K11,938,162 which the council received, only K1,641,550 had been spent on 14 projects. During a recent sitting of the Committee on Local Government Accounts, Dr Mfula said the council had not completed 10 projects due to delays in the ministerial guidelines.
