POLICE in Lusaka have arrested a 34-year-old man of Meanwood Chamba Valley identified as Musense Apuleni for operating a health facility without a licence. In a statement, Friday, Deputy Police Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale said police received a tip that Apuleni was running a page on social media platforms called Zed Health Mobile where services such as abortion, circumcision, DNA test, treatment of STIs including HIV were advertised. “Police in Lusaka have charged and arrested a 34-year-old man of Meanwood Chamba Valley identified as Musense Apuleni for operating a Health facility without a Licence.
